Worse service ever! They canceled last minute my appointment. When I first did it they actually forced me to have that today, since at least 2 vets were in, which in today case was 3. They also said they didn’t know which vet will do the appointment, but today they canceled saying that the vet I was was assigned to was sick. Cero help, just “no”

For the past year, I’ve been bringing my dogs to this clinic. Recently, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service, and I wonder if there has been a change in management. When my dog injured her leg, I called twice to schedule an appointment. However, despite her previous visit just a week ago, where she received a spray and painkillers, I encountered difficulties. I wanted to combine her follow-up appointment with her annual vaccinations to streamline costs, but I was informed it wasn’t possible due to their busy schedule. I requested the first available slot, only to be told I couldn’t until I was absolutely certain about bringing my dog in. This left me feeling frustrated—why would I inquire otherwise? Interestingly, during the appointment booking, the lady didn’t even ask for my details.
In the end, I sought out a different vet recommended by a friend. When I called to cancel my original appointment, they finally asked for my information. Additionally, I requested my dog’s records to be emailed to the new vet, and surprisingly, they agreed without inquiring about the new vet’s details. Unfortunately, this lack of intention to assist is concerning. If you’re facing an emergency, I recommend seeking help elsewhere, as this clinic’s unhelpful and unfriendly demeanor feels incongruent with the service you’re paying for.
