Deze op 1 juni 2020 overgenomen (onafhankelijke) dierenkliniek heeft een jong, fris en veelzijdig team. Ze staan klaar om voor huisdieren uit Duivendrecht en omstreken te zorgen. Van de algemene check-ups en vaccinaties/titeren tot de acuut/chronisch zieke dieren. Door middel van een echoapparaat, (dentaal) röntgenapperatuur en een uitgebreid in-huis laboratorium kan er veel diagnostiek ter plekke uitgevoerd worden. Laparoscopische sterilisatie nu ook mogelijk!

Super fijne dierenartsen kliniek met geweldige dierenartsen en assistenten. Erg geduldige mensen en lieve mensen voor dieren en baas. En ik ben niet de makkelijkste baasje als er iets met me katten is.

I had brought my dogs to this clinic a few times for basic care, and those experiences were good. However, in June 2025, I brought my youngest dog in for an emergency, and the experience was disappointing.
My dog stayed under their care for 6 days with no real progress, and the treatment remained the same the entire time. In the end, their only advice was to put her to sleep. Thankfully, I decided to take her to another clinic — and they managed to properly diagnose and resolve the issue in less than 32 hours.
From the beginning, communication with the veterinarian was confusing. I often felt left in the dark and not properly informed. Despite this, the clinic insisted they did nothing wrong — something I disagree with.
What also became clear to me during this experience is that the clinic does not appear to have the proper structure or equipment to handle emergency situations and the front desk staff are consistently overloaded.
After I gave honest feedback and shared my concerns, they asked me not to return to their clinic. I felt disrespected more than once as a paying client. I spent nearly €2,000 and received no results. When I asked the clinic to refund my expenses, they only agreed to reimburse about one-third of the costs. While I accepted this partial refund, it was not what I really wanted or consider fair.
To make things worse, they told me they didn’t proceed with further treatment because they assumed I couldn’t afford it — without even asking me directly.
Overall, this was a very sad and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this clinic to urgent or serious situations.
