Avoid this clinic.
My first experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. I originally booked an appointment for my dog’s medication application but later canceled it. Despite this, I received a call at the time of the supposed appointment, claiming that I had never canceled and demanding payment for a medication they ordered specifically for my dog.
I explained to the receptionist (Joy/Joyce) that I had canceled the appointment with her directly over the phone, but she insisted I was lying!! The Vet and herself also pressured me to pay for the medication, saying it was ordered solely for my dog. However, at no point was I informed that they would order it exclusively for my pet—especially since this type of medication is typically stocked in clinics.
It felt like they only cared about getting the money. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and dishonest. I would have considered becoming a client if they had handled the situation with integrity.
I don’t and I won’t recommend to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!! WE LOST OUR DOG BECAUSE OF VETCARE.
Its a total scam. They only care about money and do not care at all about your pet. We got charged 1500 for cleaning and he had butchered the job so badly that our dog died within a week because of him. When we called him about this he did not care at all. WORST VET i have ever seen.

We have been going to this clinic since our puppy was born. Everything is very expensive here! The clinic is focused on money, not on caring for your pet! But since we love our dog, we decided to stay and do her routine vaccinations and checkups here. We were at this clinic on July 31 with our dog Leila. She is a Chihuahua (11 months old), weighing 4.5 kg. She was not feeling well, she had a fever, she refused to eat. We took a blood test at this clinic, which showed that there was something wrong with her liver. The doctor at the clinic prescribed her 2 types of pills and billed us a huge amount: 392.65 euros. The doctor also said that we urgently need to take her to the emergency hospital, where she will be looked after. The cost of staying at the emergency hospital will be 2000 euros for 1 day. And how many days she will be treated - no one knows! Where do people get that kind of money? Who can even afford it? Our rent for an apartment is 2000 euros per month. And we need to pay 2000 per day for the dog's treatment. We are refugees from Ukraine. There is a war in our country. We do not have that kind of money! And if there is no money, then let the animal die? Isn't that right??? The doctor also said that our dog might need surgery. Without thinking twice, we bought tickets and went to Poland to examine the dog and treat her there. At first, we treated the dog in one veterinary clinic, did an ultrasound and blood tests. But the doctors could not give her an accurate diagnosis. They gave her IVs and injections. She lost 500 g of weight. She became dehydrated. She turned yellow. She did not eat anything, we fed her from a syringe. She was treated like this for 5 days, and her kidneys began to fail. She developed acute renal and liver failure. From this clinic we were urgently sent to another, more expensive clinic with the latest equipment and highly qualified doctors. In the second clinic, our dog had a repeat ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, blood tests and another test for leptospirosis. Guess what it showed? The result was positive. Now I want to ask a question: How can this be???? We gave her 2 vaccinations against this disease in this clinic! Less than a year later, the dog got sick! What kind of low-quality vaccines are these? They charge crazy money for vaccinations, doctor consultations, tests and provide low-quality services! This vaccination was supposed to give the dog immunity for a year! I wrote a letter to this clinic, sent them Leila's medical history (which we received in a Polish clinic) and received a response: that they do not give a 100% guarantee that after vaccination the dog is completely protected from infection with this disease. And unfortunately, they cannot read her medical history, since it is in Polish. And what was Google Translate invented for??? I am shocked by such heartlessness and indifference! I am bitterly disappointed with this clinic! Our dog is still undergoing treatment in the hospital. As of today, the dog has lost 1 kg of weight. She has complications and breathing problems, she does not eat anything, she has pulmonary edema. She is dying, and all because of the negligence of the doctors of this clinic!!! We spent a lot of money, nerves and energy on this treatment. This is how they vaccinate at VetCare Amsterdam. Think twice about becoming a patient of this clinic and endangering your pets!!
