DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
My experience there has left me with the strong impression that they prioritize financial gain over genuine care for animals. I strongly advise not to take your pets to this clinic.
I wanted to have my cat castrated, but he has unilateral cryptorchidism, meaning one testicle is hidden in his belly. The proper procedure requires a diagnostic echography to locate the hidden testicle before the castration operation. Instead, the clinic suggested a 'casual' echography during my consultation, which was a waste of time and money and did not provide the proper imaging needed for the surgery.
Although they located the testicle, the practitioner suggested that it was needed to discuss it with a colleague and recommended another 'casual' echography days later, claiming my cat was too active and needed sedation. When I asked for the images from the first echography, they failed to provide them, stating I would need a diagnostic echography or could undergo the 'casual' echography again. Not to mention this 'casual' thing costs 59 euro per 5 minutes.
After raising my concerns, they even suggested performing the castration without any echography at all! This raises serious questions about their practices. If you truely love your pets, please seek a more competent facility and save yourself the hassle.

I usually do not share negative feedback, however doctors there worked hard to stressed me and my cat out. We were appointed for dental procedure. We did it already couple of times and knew what can expect. Two weeks ago, they wanted to dispatch me a cat at 6.30 pm that was still bleeding from his mouth. We waited there for next hour and surgeon came twice with some temporary solution. Was charged €600 and at 7.30 was told that they are closing in 30mins so I can go back home (and admitted that for now there is no life-threatening condition but at night/ in the morning most likely would be as he is bleeding). They only could offer to call Ommoord clinic as they are open for one hour longer. Ridiculous, I have not met any doctor before that is prioritizing going home on time rather than helping patients. Needed to pay taxi back and forth and we were luckily enough that in Ommoord we met two highly caring professionals that were waiting for us and did procedure again to stich all that was not done well earlier this day. I'm extremely grateful for Ommoord support for saving life of my cat. At the same time disappointment with the Centrum service.

The best experience there! As my dog is healthy, he normally needs only yearly vaccinations which we are doing in our home country, but as we are travelling from EU to UK we needed to do tapeworm treatment here. Before the appointment I explained that my dog might be stressed and difficult to work with but he did so good there and the vet and all the workers there were so professional and understanding. I was more stressed than my dog about this appointment! Thanks the team! Highly recommend
