Constant neglect of animals, overpriced services for even entering the clinic and they dont consider any symptoms you mention of your animal, they dont pick up the phone or follow their own schedules, they didnt call back for ages. Would not suggest anyone who loves their pets to be put through that or put their pet through disrespectful staff and ignorant service.

Pure money-making. I am extremely disappointed with how my dog and I were treated there. We originally visited the vet because my dog was limping from time to time, especially after resting. Since the limping kept disappearing, I initially waited a month until it continued to reoccur. At the vet, I was reassured by the fact that the limping was most likely caused by two broken claws. So, after a 10-minute consultation and a loss of almost €50, I was sent home. Over the weekend, it got so bad that my dog couldn't walk at all, and I had to carry him everywhere. By palpating him myself, I immediately noticed that his pain was originating from his carpal joint (significantly higher than his claws), so I made another appointment with a request (arranged over the phone) to take an x-ray. At the vet, they initially focused solely on the claws again until, in my desperation, I practically begged for an x-ray. I had to spend almost €150 there for x-rays and painkillers. The vet told me that she would definitely see something at the carpal joint area, but that she wanted to speak with an orthopedist to get his opinion. I was assured by phone that she would meet with him on Wednesday and get back to me with the results that same day, or Thursday at the latest (my friends were there and heard it too!). It was also important to the vet that I make another appointment for the following week so we could discuss further steps (so far so good). I waited in vain for a call on Wednesday, and I waited in vain for a call on Thursday as well, until I called them myself on that day an hour before they close. They assured me again that they would still call me that day. Of course, this didn't happen. And in desperation, I called the next morning again around 11am. This conversation left me speechless. They told me they never promised to call me back to tell me what the x-ray revealed. They tried to gaslight me. And when that didn't work, they told me the x-ray wasn't good either and that I should come back with my dog for a second x-ray (this time under anesthesia). I paid €120 for a, I quote, 'bad x-ray,' which also wasn't done under anesthesia? An outside veterinarian told me the quality was so poor that they shouldn't even charge €20 for it. But for a dummy in this field I of course couldn’t tell, which they took advantage of. The reasoning for the 'bad x-ray': the animal was too stressed and in too much pain. Even though, immediately after the picture was taken, they told me everything went well, and now I hear something like this? Then call me so I can pick up my poor dog! And don't force him to have this picture taken! I don't even want to imagine how scared he must have been... yes, I wanted to get an x-ray done but not under these circumstances and especially when it doesn’t lead anywhere!! The bottom line: I paid almost €200 for a 10-minute consultation, a bad x-ray, and painkillers, and I still don't know what's wrong with my dog. And then they want another image taken, which, of course, I have to pay for again fully. No compensation, no money back. I paid almost €200 for nonexistent service. I also don't go to a restaurant, order a pizza, don't get it, and still have to pay the full price. Where does that happen?! Truly terrible!!!
