Zeer goed. Lieve arts, lieve dames die de dieren goed helpen maar ook de eigenaren goed begeleiden. Ga er zeker naar terug met dieren.

De dierenarts in Hilversum is na mijn mening te commercieel voor een dierenarts. Het aanbieden van pakketten, verzekeringen, hoge tarieven en ook marge maken op medicatie. Voor mij is het belangrijk dat het dier voorop staat en niet het commerciële belang. Jammer genoeg dus geen positieve ervaring. Ps: het is interessant om te zien hoe de Dierendokters reageren op negatieve reviews. Dat zegt voor mij vrij veel.

So, we had a healthy cat, she lost one of her corner teeth. but she was not having any issues, better she was eating more after losing the tooth then before. I still thought get some advice. Log story short she had to come in because it could potentially threaten the life of my cat. We asked if we could postpone because we would go on holiday in n2 days. But no this was no option!! So we went, and still no issues. But after the operation our cat went from good to very bad. She almost died of acute kidney failure. Because our neighbor took very good care we were in time to prevent the disaster. And we decided to leaf the cat in care of the doctor. They measured the blood and saw that here kidney numbers were so high that they could not measure how high it really was. it was far beyond their scale. So they started to help her. We are 2 weeks further… After the weekend we were allowed to pick her up. We saw that our cat lost all energy and wasn’t eating as much 2 small bites and half of it fell on the floor. After that we went back and they said no idea.. Maybe because one of her tooth was really bad….. uhm how she was eating good before we went to them… I had to push for more and then we had a blood test again and the result was that her kidney was failing again….. I understand that the bill was very high. And so I asked for an explanation how this could happen and we wanted to talk about the bill. Because understandable it was pretty high And we were asked multiple times which medicine we were giving to our cat….. they are giving it to us… so why don’t you know. Result the “doctor” would not talk to me not face to face or on the phone. And the bill no discussion there. Just pay. No options on anything. And the kind receptionist was told to tell me this. So great employer!!! Leaves the dirty work to his employee. and doesn’t want to show his face. We went to Utrecht to a specialist. They don’t understand why this happened but were every day on the phone to give us updates. The costs are almost the same as at the local vet. Till this day haven’t heard from the old vet. Our cat is almost recuperated and almost healthy again. She will have some issues with her kidneys. But she will live. My conclusion. The “doctor” is not for us but for the money. Doesn’t show any character and any responsibility off his action. He leaves the dirty work and though to his employee. My cat or any other animal will not go there anymore. Please draw your own conclusion I hope that you will not exertions what we experienced
