Ontzettende lieve dierenarts en assistentes. Wij kwamen als niet reguliere patiënten met een spoed geval binnen, zij maakten alle tijd en ruimte om ons te helpen. Ontzettend bedankt!

They overcharged us, unbelievable! The veterinary and the receptionist was ruud, they overcharged us because we breed cats and they laughed at us with big words that they are sorry that our business will now not going well ! 10.07.2023 I visited the kliniek for vaccination of my 2 kittens and the doctor who helped was named Alice. We had few apointment already in the past vith Alice and all went fine, super friendly doctor. However something happened that day and she kind of overcharged us with everything. Our visit that day was not longer then 20min and we were charged as we would be there 30min. Yes we had 2 kittens for vaccination and 1 Male(Marly) to check his teeths, but Alice didn't spend more then a minute with him to see how are his teeths. Vaccination of the 2 kittens and chiping them was no longer then 15min. However normally we are charged 65€ for the consultation costs, this time it was 100.50€. I also visited the cliniek with 8kittens on 03.02. And we paid as well the 65€ for the consult. Suddenly 2 kittens consult costed us 100.50€ Overcharging continues: -We paid normally for EU passport 9.11€ suddenly 19.70€ ! -Chip normally costs us 39.25 now suddenly 52 + they charged us 7eur for each cat because they registered the passports ? Nobody ask them to register the passports somewhere, as we do it ourself this things normally! So if I put all together we were overcharged around 80€ and of course we notice that. What happened that day between me and the veterinary doctor it was ridiculous. She told me that she is sorry that my cat business suddenly will be not going well because of their high prices, unbelievable! She even try to ,,kick'' me out of the ambulance because I tried to explain her that I feel like we are being overcharged. I expected after explaining to the front desk receptionist and the veterinary doctor that they will check what happened and try to find some middle way, so we both are happy but NO. The situation just escalated and we are now obsed with such a treatment. We have complained to the Headquarters and their answer was that Theresa's inflation last year and because of that the prices are so high, but this completly nonsense answer because we were still charged normally prices in February. We don't breed cats for business, we love cats! We support cat charities not only in Nederland! So this is for us kind of trauma what happened that day morning.
