My cat, Quiche, was acting extremely weird--weirder than normal--and upon investigating, I discovered that there was the possibility that she'd ingested a lily petal or some pollen. I immediately freaked out and started calling vets to see if I could have her seen as lilies are toxic to cats. We didn't yet have a vet in the area and I felt completely lost and terrified. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and calming--and she spoke perfect English. She told me to bring Quiche in immediately. 20 minutes later, we were at the office, being seen by the veterinarian. She was friendly, professional, and no-nonsense, despite the fact that I was crying and not at my best. They took care of Quiche, did an exam, drew blood (tested in-office in 15 minutes!), and concluded that her kidney levels were okay. They pushed fluids and gave me some activated charcoal. Two days later, Quiche is back to herself. I couldn't be more grateful for their understanding, compassionate, competent service. They'll be our vets in the area from now on and I highly recommend them.

Na 8 jaren afscheid moeten nemen. Ze gaan meer voor t geld! Slechte service. Minder kwalitatieve tabletten die je 4 voeters moeten helpen binnen 1 week. Om de twee weken controle. En niet Nederlandstaligen daar heb ik gemerkt. Dus voor degene die de Engelse taal niet machtig zijn gaat moeilijk worden voor jullie. Ik heb zoiets van je bent/woont in Nederland. Ga Nederlands leren praten. Op zijn minst. Lekker makkelijk geld aftroggelen. Je betaalt meer dan 120 eu elke keer als je naar toegaat. Mensen! Ik waarschuw jullie!!! Hebt je lieve dier lief. Hebt je portemonnee lief! KIES VOOR EEN ANDER DIERENKLINIEK! Alstjeblieft. Doe voor jezelf🙏🏻

I have never seen my cats so well cared for at any veterinary clinic in my entire life! From the friendliness of the assistants to the attentiveness and expertise of the veterinarians, I can confidently say that bringing your pet to this clinic is the best decision you can make. During one of the hardest times in my life, when our cat Mingau fell ill, they provided him with the best care, showing so much compassion and empathy towards him and me. After Mingau passed away, they even sent a heartfelt card to our home, expressing their condolences with genuine warmth. I continue to take my other two cats for check-ups and vaccinations, and I feel completely at peace knowing they’re in such wonderful, caring hands!
