Onze hond laten opereren hier voor gescheurde kruisbanden. Kundig, behulpzaam, professioneel, doelgericht. Hond is goed genezen. Goede begeleiding bij de revalidatie. Een hele fijne ervaring bij deze dierenarts.

Vanaf een orthopedisch "specialist" Kortenoord Wageningen naar deze geweldige dierenarts. Helaas zijn "specialisten" vaak vol van zichzelf en enorm beperkt op hun specialisme en kosten daarom bergen geld zonder de werkelijke diagnose te stellen omdat hun neus blijkbaar niet langer is. Zo blij om bij deze dierenarts te zijn beland zodat we nu eindelijk weten wat er met onze Cleo aan de hand is. Thanks

If you care about your pet, find a different veterinarian. Let me start out by saying that the Assisting staff are all very friendly and in fact do care about your pets. The reason you should find a different veterinarian lies purely with the Veterinary surgeon, Geert-Jan Arntz himself. In my experience this veterinarian has shown himself to be unwilling to acknowledge mistakes, uncaring and unreliable in the time that you absolutely need one, namely during emergencies. When I took my young kitten to this charlatan that calls himself a veterinarian for the very first time to get his nails clipped this man was already hesitant to touch my cat. But after much reluctance and with my own help and putting my cat in an examination Bag he went to work on clipping the nails, he's not half way through his work before he manages to lob of half of a nail entirely in such a fashion that blood gushes out. Not only does he completely ignore the fact that it's bleeding he also pretends that it's the most normal thing in the world and despite numerous inquiries if this is supposed to happen, the best Dr Arntz manages to express is a slight shrug. While I should have seen the signs of someone who is not fit to be a veterinarian, I didn't and that leads me to my final encounter with Dr Arntz. I took my cat who was appearing severely bloated to him. We had to wait in the waiting room for almost 20 minutes more than after the scheduled appointment. While In the waiting room my cat got spooked by a well meaning puppy and when it was our turn he was a terrified ball. Dr Arntz concluded that there'd be no point in looking at him now because the blood values would be out of whack due to the cat being terrified. He suggested I give my cat some calming drugs and meet him the next day. I pleaded with Dr Arnts to please at least physically look at my cat because he's bloated in a way he really shouldn't be. Dr Arntz shone his flashlight into the cat-carrier and glanced at him for a whole 30 seconds before dismissing us and politely though firmly working us out the room. Later that same day during opening hours I noticed my cat really wasn't doing well. And I rang the emergency number of this veterinarian to please have a look at my cat. Dr Arnts wouldn't have it though. He would look at the cat in the morning. He wouldn't give my cat a physical examination and any pleas and objections from my side would be brushed aside. The next morning would be when my cat would be looked at Dr Arnts said. Sadly my cat did not survive until the next morning. After taking my cat to the pet hospital in Arnhem it turned out that he was in a very bad state. Not even an operation could help him at this point, if only I had come a few hours earlier there would have been a chance. So to anyone who reads this, No matter how friendly the assisting staff is. If you value the life of your pet. If you value a veterinarian who is there for your beloved pet when it matters. Go to a different one. This one is a mistake.
