Please do not get ANY operation done here. Having our healthy dog “spayed” and killed by this practice ended in us having to get a lawyer for justice and a settlement by their insurance because it was their abuse during operation which killed our baby. Please know that this is not the place for you and your loved pet.
They left us with the most sadness I have ever felt in my life and I will never forgive them.

Kim and Dr. V were incredibly helpful. If you happen to need to travel outside of the EU with your pet, make sure you: 1. Book an appointment with these great vets and have all your records and vaccinations in order. 2. Get the NVWA paperwork from the website and schedule an appointment with them (as they fill up quickly). 3. Visit Dr. V and her supportive staff for their observation and stamp. 4. Take the papers and records to the NVWA appointment. They should legalize your paperwork within 20 minutes of your appointment. 5. Present all legalized documents at the airport. 6. Bon voyage!

I will never ever leave my dog in this veterinary. I have left my dog for teeth cleaning and a blood test was needed to provide safely this cleaning, when I took the dog back , he was looked so bad, scared and trembled a lot, for sure, this trembling could be consequences of the anaesthesia…but there are a lot of but and lots of questions to the veterinary. When I asked the veterinary directly what was done…there is no answer, nothing. I am not blind and can recognise what was done. I attach a photo of a leg after making the blood test… I can conclude, definitely, that is not a good place for any operations, surgeries etc. only purchasing some treats, feed and toys that’s it.
