If your pet is young and only needs routine vaccinations, treatment for a minor injury, or care for a relatively straightforward condition such as an eye or ear infection, this clinic may be a reasonable choice due to its convenient location. However, if your pet is elderly and requires diagnosis or treatment for a serious internal medical condition, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I also encourage you to sort the reviews by the lowest rating and read them carefully instead of ignoring them. Based on my personal experience, this clinic did not make sufficient efforts to thoroughly assess my cat's condition, failed to make appropriate diagnoses in a timely manner, and ignored legitimate requests for medical information. Trusting the veterinarian's judgment alone may result in missing a critical window for treatment. My cat was 19 years old and diabetic. He suddenly developed a fever and became very ill, so he was hospitalized overnight. He was diagnosed with pyelonephritis (a kidney infection). On the day he was discharged, after receiving insulin administered by the veterinarian (1 unit of long-acting insulin twice within three hours despite not eating), he suffered a severe hypoglycemic episode that same evening. When he was discharged at 5:00 p.m., he appeared to be doing reasonably well. However, at 7:00 p.m., I checked his blood glucose and found that it had dropped to a critically low level. Following the veterinarian's instructions, I spent the next two hours checking his blood glucose and giving him honey, but his condition did not improve. He had to be rushed back to the hospital as an emergency patient and was seen by a different veterinarian, not the one who had administered the insulin. From that moment on, he took over my cat's care. The following day, when my cat was discharged again, the hospital informed me that I was responsible for paying the emergency hospitalization costs. I refused and asked to speak with the practice manager. The reasons were as follows: 1. The hypoglycemic emergency occurred following the insulin administration at the clinic while my cat had not been eating. 2. During his hospitalization for the hypoglycemic episode, his blood glucose was not monitored continuously. 3. Despite his blood glucose rising to nearly 500 mg/dL overnight, no treatment was provided to decrease it. 4. Before leaving him at the hospital, I specifically asked the vet to administer his antibiotics on schedule because he had pyelonephritis. They acknowledged my request, but the antibiotics were never given. To reiterate, my cat had pyelonephritis, and this diagnosis was made by this very hospital. Nevertheless, when I asked at discharge whether he had received his antibiotics, I was simply told that he had not. I wanted to resolve this matter as quietly as possible because I believed my cat would need ongoing treatment for his kidney infection at this hospital. Unfortunately, my cat eventually developed acute heart failure and severe breathing difficulties. Because this clinic was closed at the time, I had to take him to another emergency hospital. There, I was told that treatment was no longer likely to help and that the kindest option was euthanasia. Until then, his primary medical problem had been his kidneys. Why did he suddenly develop severe heart disease? I personally suspect that the severe hypoglycemic episode (blood glucose: 24 mg/dL / 1.3 mmol/L) may have been one of the factors contributing to the acute heart failure. Due to the character limit, I've posted the full review here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uA9oxyWFCPjLECfvSc91DbkvGwdSZIF7oP9wiAf5PiI/edit?usp=drivesdk

The vet updated our dog on all her vaccines after we moved here from abroad and gave us an EU pet passport and updated her chip. The vet was so gentle and kept giving her treats after to make up for the pain of the shots. They added in the gland squeeze, too. Overall very helpful! It is clear they love animals.
