We are just sorry that we didn`t go to this clinic earlier! The positive experience started on the phone when I called, (desperate to get to a good neurologist because of our dog`s epileptic seizures) so I got helped to get an appointment as fast as possible by the receptionist. Then when we arrived at the hospital, 2 days later, we were welcomed by a polite and friendly team, the doctor`s assistants were very caring and helpful and were even ready to help us to the car, and dr. Plonek really took the time to consult us, to talk with us, to explain everything before and after our dog`s MRI. We left the hospital with the feeling that we are finally in the right place, and our dog is being monitored by a competent and dedicated professionals and by the right doctor. We were helped in the most caring and professional way, and I can only argue with some of the negative comments about this animal hospital. In my opinion, the price was completely reasonable for the care and professionalism that our dog received, for the fast results and the detailed information, communication and time given to us. And again, I advise if your pet has epileptic seizures, this is a really good place, where you and your pet would be cared for and helped as soon and as best as possible. Onze hond is met spoed geopereerd (maagdraaiing). We kregen duidelijke uitleg over de situatie en de mogelijkheden, vriendelijk personeel, erg professioneel, vooraf kostenindicatie en met goed resultaat. Onze hond leeft nog en voelde zich na 2 dagen alweer erg goed, ondanks de zware operatie. Nu 4 dagen na de operatie wordt hij zelfs alweer vervelend en wil hij van alles doen. 😄 Hartelijk dank voor de goede zorgen. 🙏

Zeer professioneel en bekwame arts. Het is wel een stuk duurder als een gewone dierenarts. Daarom geen 5 sterren. Maar ben super tevreden over hoe het gegaan is allemaal.
