Refused to treat my dog today who is very sick. These people are sick in the head. Please avoid. There is Caressa which has locations all around, including one nearby. They are not money hungry and much better fit to take care of your pets.

When we moved to Amsterdam from abroad with a senior cat with a complex medical history, JH smoothly integrated his file. We easily got his heart medication without additional expensive workups while we settled in. The subcutaneous fluids for dehydration were reasonably priced and convenient. When his health declined during the winter holidays, JH quickly found us a same-day appointment. Before we had Dutch bank accounts, they accepted our cash, which was practical for us. Mandy at the front desk was polite, professional, and knowledgable, even when we dropped in without an appointment.

Travelled from Scotland to Amsterdam for Xmas with our cat and had to visit a vet for documentation to travel back home.our cat had been very aggressive with vets back home so we were worried that it would be the same over here.but to our surprise the vet took very good care of us and our cat and witnessed a very different animal calm and let the vet do all the stuff that was required for the paper work .we were in and out within 30 mins and could not fault the service provided.an absolute pleasure to find this vets and can only highly recommend. Thank you very much
