Vets Place dierenarts Tilburg op de Aabe-straat is een eerstelijns dierenkliniek waar u terecht kunt voor adviezen, afspraken, medicijnverkoop, vaccinaties, bloedonderzoek en operaties. Sinds 1 september 2019 kunt u ook bij ons terecht voor röntgenfoto's, echo's en dentale röntgenfoto's.
Vets Place Tilburg is gevestigd in winkel van Boerenbond - Pets Place in de Aabe fabriek. U kunt bij ons gratis parkeren.
Bij Vets Place Tilburg zit in de dierenwinkel een trimsalon.

We made an appointment for a blood pressure check for our dog as the device is not available at our own vet. The appointment had been made for Monday but has been postponed on the day after due to an emergency. Understandable. But when we came at 16:45 appointment on Tuesday there was already 1 dog in the line, after 10 minutes owners with a cat came and they were let into the office after 5 minutes of waiting, prior to us and the lady who already was waiting longer than me. 5 minutes later when I asked how much time will we have to wait, the Employee said that she can't tell me, but I'm third in the cueue and everyone has to wait because of yesterday's emergency. It would be nice if you didn't plan all the people at the same hour because it's an unnecessary long stress for a dog with Addison's disease in the middle of the shopping mall and a waste of time. If you told us on the phone or even when we came for the visit that the appointment is not going to happen at set hour then we would look for another place as not only you are busy. Let's respect each other's time. If you turned the situation around and we would be late for the appointment 20 minutes or more, we'd be charged with a visit costs and you wouldn't let us use the visit anymore. Please work on your planning method. Thank you.

Eerste keer met onze poes daar naar toe gegaan voor onderzoek, leek allemaal prima maar ze konden alleen vaststellen wat er aan de hand was door een bloedonderzoek, maar dan moest de poes eigenlijk nuchter zijn! Onze poes had een klein beetje gegeten gaven wij aan, maar ze wilde toch een bloedonderzoek doen. Uitslag, dure medicijnen en een duur consult van enkele honderden euro's! Prima als dit nodig is doe je dat. Maar nu de vervolgafspraak, de poes wilde niet op de afgesproken dag in de reisbench, verzette zich volop en op den duur verstopte ze zich. Dus dierenarts meteen na opening gebeld dat de poes niet mee wilde en dus niet kon komen. Kregen we een waarschuwing dat we op tijd moesten bellen 24 uur van te voren! Hoe dan? De poes 25 uur van te voren in de kooi zetten of zo? Een beetje coulance mag wel! Je hoeft geen waarschuwing te sturen en volgende keer een boete! Deze regel mag wel anders opgesteld worden. Dus bij geen afzegging of niet op komen dagen, prima geen waarschuwing maar betalen! Maar klanten die in dit geval netjes afbellen geen waarschuwing zodat wij de volgende keer wel proberen te komen als de poes meewerkt. Ik zeg ook niet dat de dierenarts geen bloedonderzoek mag doen als de poes niet nuchter is!
