Great vet and would highly recommend! I'm British and I need a de worming tablet for my dog to get home. Booked an appointment within minutes, all the staff spoke perfect English, were very polite and accommodating. Was very busy when we went in but got everything sorted and away within half an hour. Very convenient 5 minute walk from Roterdam Central Thank you 👌

I'm not a local - I was a tourist from the UK visiting with my dog. Because of UK laws, I needed to have a vet give my dog deworming treatment and fill in part of my Animal Health Certificate document before travelling back to the UK. I looked for a clinic in Rotterdam well before my trip, and this clinic confirmed they would provide this service, and confirmed all prices beforehand by email. It was a bit inconvenient that I had to book the appointment over the phone (calling from the UK), but everyone spoke perfect English and within 2 minutes of calling I was booked in for my dog. On the day of the visit, everything went smoothly and everyone was professional. Would definitely come back to this clinic if I visit the Netherlands with my dog again.

Kon snel terecht met ons vogeltje. Arts nam goed de tijd. Helaas mocht het voor ons vogeltje niet meer baten. Deze was te snel verzwakt en kon hersteltijd niet volbrengen. Maar ze hebben echt hun best gedaan.

Kundig en vriendelijk personeel! Zeker een aanrader, voor de katten hebben ze speciaal een ander deel ingericht wat ze catfriendly noemen. Mooie locaties waar ze zitten. Mijn hond is altijd bang bij de dierenarts en hier is hij gewoon op zijn gemak.

I traveled with my dog to the UK yesterday and was told that my paperwork is not valid due to the error made in Part I.5. Country of Origin. The vet tech we saw during our appointment knew we were originally from the US, however, he wrote that we are originally from The Netherlands. This rendered our certificate null and void. Also, the absence of a unique reference number on each page was noted as another reason for failure. I called the office and asked them to consult with other vets to make sure this wouldn't be a problem, but I was arrogantly told that he was the only authority in the office that knew about this process, and there was no one to call to confirm this process with. Thankfully we took the Stenaline ferry and they are used to vets making this type of error so they issued us a Non-compliance Return form from the Animal and Plant Health Agency. It allowed us to travel on this single occasion, however, I am unable to utilize the paperwork I paid for going forward. I am requesting a refund. The medical treatment is valid but the documents are not, so I should receive 75 euros for Gezondheidsverklaring export. Please advise on how we can resolve this. I paid by debit card, so we should be able to reverse the charge before it is finalized. I will change my review once I am refunded for rendered services.
