I have been bringing my dog to this clinic for years, spending thousands of euros on medication and injections. Heart medication alone costs me over €1,000 annually, and since February, the monthly Librela injections have added another €1,000 to my expenses. I’ve accepted these costs because I trusted this clinic and believed they cared about my dog’s health. However, today I am deeply frustrated and feel disrespected. My dog is a small Bichon Frise, elderly, and difficult to handle when it comes to nail trimming. I can’t do it at home, so I usually take him to grooming salons where trimming costs around €10 or is free with other services. This summer, when I brought my dog for his first injection here, I asked if they could trim his nails. They agreed, and I was charged over €10 after the visit. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I didn’t raise any concerns. Later, I realized some nails weren’t even trimmed properly. A few months later, during another visit, I asked an assistant to trim my dog’s nails. She did it quickly, and because she recognized us, she didn’t charge me. But today, I was shocked by the response from the two assistants. One of them, who I’ve seen before, has always been unfriendly. They spent less than two minutes trimming my dog’s nails and then charged me €22—without informing me about the cost beforehand. When I questioned it, they simply handed me the bill. How can this clinic justify such inconsistent charges? One time it’s free, another time it’s €10, and now it’s €22—without any prior notice! For something as simple as nail trimming, especially when I’ve already spent thousands here, this is unreasonable and disappointing. It feels like this clinic is exploiting loyal clients by nickel-and-diming us for even basic services. Their lack of transparency and fairness is troubling, and I’m extremely disappointed. I will seriously consider switching to another clinic, even if it’s farther away, because I can no longer support a clinic that seems to prioritize money over the well-being of the pets they’re supposed to care for.

They checked my cat thoroughly yet couldn't find anything in exam/xray to explain the illness. Vet made it very clear that regardless, if he's not better tomorrow, I must call the emergency line, since it's the weekend. Long story short, she was exactly right, and this saved my cats life. (Because emergency clinic couldn't find anything either, but felt based on his behavior it was best to do surgery to check if he's eaten something that's stuck yet not showing, and there was something).

It’s bad. Every vet gives a different advice/diagnosis. And when you try to reach the vet to follow up over the phone, the people at the counter intercept that and give their own advice - dunno based on what. I was asked by one of the vet to send the brand of the food my cat was eating and after sending several emails (with no reply) and a phone call (which was met by the receptionist with “and what do you want us to do?”) I got a reply **from the receptionist** to the email saying “yeah continue with this food”. Never got to talk with the same vet again that gave us the first advice about a possible food problem. We took the cats somewhere else.

Mijn kat moest voor de tweede keer een wattenstaaf in zijn achterste voor een monster omdat de arts eigenlijk niet wist hoe het moest... Kat maar piepen... Echt heel zielig. -Onervaren dierenartsen. En elke keer weer een andere. -Tegenstrijdige adviezen waardoor je elke keer terug moet voor een nieuw consult. Wel elke keer opnieuw betalen natuurlijk. - Aan de balie laten ze duidelijk merken dat ze een zojuist gegeven advies van de arts onzin vinden. Als er een klant belt geven ze na het gesprek commentaar op de klant. Sommige medewerkers zijn trouwens wel heel fijn en nemen de tijd om iets te leggen. Andere kijken alsof je gek bent als je iets vraagt. - Wachtruimte vaak lawaaiig - lekker stressvol voor je kat. - Prijzen krijg je nooit vooraf te horen, er staat ook niks op de site. Dus je moet er elke keer zelf naar vragen of je laten verrassen bij het afrekenen. Ik heb geen idee waarom de andere reviews zo positief zijn - misschien hangt het van het dier af? Of hebben anderen meer geluk.

Ich konnte noch Freitag spät mit einem Notfall in die Klinik kommen und mein Hund wurde professionel geholfen. So sollte es sein. Das war bei meinem eigenen Tierarzt nicht möglich.
