Kom al jaren via de wingerd weg nu nieuwe dokters erbij ik moest 30 juli mijn grootste vriend in laten slapen nog steeds veel verdriet maar het is heel vredelievend gegaan daarvoor mijn dank ik ben zeer tevreden over deze kliniek Jeannette

I went there twice with my dog. First time was neutral, the vet wasn't super sure what's wrong, but started some medication and it helped in the end. The second time, different vet, it was BAD. I came and told them all the symptoms, I said the all of lymph nodes of my dog a swollen, that she was weak, breathing super heavily, lost 3kg in a week, not walking much, not being herself, etc. First of all, the vet didn't know where all of the lymph nodes on the dog are... Second, I had to ask and suggest what to do, for example to run a blood test it was my suggestion not vet's! While taking the blood they couldn't do it properly, they were scaring my dog and trying few times... When the results came, they told me there is probably some inflammation, and we should wait and see in few weeks. They gave us some medication for inflammation and pain killers and told to maybe consult with an orthopaedic as it might be the hips, or do some other scans "if I like, but they would advice to just wait a few weeks". I didn't believe that, knowing my dog's normal behaviour and seeing her like this, so I've contacted two other vets in two different clinics. Both of them right away told me that this blood test result was just terrifying (!!!), especially that 3 months earlier it was good, and by seeing it and hearing all the symptoms, they thought it's very very very possible that this is cancer!!! With this other clinic we checked the blood again, we did the examination, the x-rays, the ultrasound to find out the liver and spleen were swollen, and we scheduled the lymph nodes biopsy. Already after the first visit, they were pretty sure it's cancer. On the second visit we just confirmed that it's super bad and there were only to options - trying to extend the life of my dog by supporting her with steroids for easier breathing, or letting her go, as it was painful and uncomfortable for her, and no medicine to make her healthy again. The diagnosis was quick and clear - she had a malignant lymfoma cancer. After I said good bye to my dog, I send an email to the Dierenkliniek Dockland telling them what happened, what was wrong, that maybe they should pay more attention next time and asking for some refund, as they charged me quite a lot for bad diagnosis and didn't help my dog. Unfortunately, they didn't care, didn't feel guilty at all, didn't apologise for poor treatment, didn't give any money back. I understand people can make mistakes, can still learn and all but this was just too much. The vets are incompetent (the vet who treated us consulted with the senior vet who is the owner of the clinic) and one of the receptionists is rude and prices in this clinic are very high, compared. I'm never ever going there again, even tho it's just in the corner of my building, I prefer to drive 25min to a much much better clinic I found! If you care about your pet, I highly advise against visiting Dierenkliniek Dockland!

We konden snel een afspraak maken voor onze cavia, helaas moesten we afzeggen omdat onze Doekie toch is overleden. Volgende dag hebben we een lief kaartje ontvangen. Wat ontzettend attent en lief! Dit geeft ons troost. Dank jullie allemaal.

Ik heb vandaag mijn kat in moeten laten slapen.Dit heb ik dus bij dierenkliniek Dockland laten doen.Wat een lieve mensen!!!Echt alles werd uitgelegd, begeleid.Ik was er echt heel tevreden over,hoe alles ging.Ik wil Dockland nog heel erg bedanken voor de goede zorgen!!!!
