I have been coming here unfortunately a lot for 4 years. I came here first because my poodle was diagnosed with a cyst formed from fat tissue, I was told not to worry about it after 2 exams including a biopt. I went to this vet and he did not trust it depsite the biopt and it turned out to be plaveiselcelcarcionoma. Ever since I switched to this vet and he has helped with all problems adequately. You can tell Hank is very eager to get to the bottom of things and is still very fascinated by his profession, he knows a lot about healthcare for pets that is usually treated by specialist clinics. The surgeries he has done on my pets were of high quality and very effective, also he avoids anesthesia when it’s not necessary and always choses the approach which causes the lesst dtress to the animal he treats. The office can get quite busy but everyone is very welcoming and loving towards the animals. This is one of the few small practices which isn’t owned by major investment companies like evidensia so the pricing is also reasonable. That all said I must point out that the strength in this practice is Hank, I have had less successful experiences with his replacement Claire, the new girl that is being trained also is exciting to learn and caring so I have high hopes for her as well. Currently going through some though times with a new puppy with weird symptoms and I fully trust this team with their ability to handle this situation.
